We expect that you have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product analysis or a related field within the gaming industry
- Proficiency in using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Redash, QlikView, PowerBI, etc.
- Advanced understanding of KPIs in the gaming industry, industry trends, and effective practices
- Expertise in designing and implementing A/B testing methodologies
- Experience with statistical methods, predictive modeling, and marketing analytics
- Proven experience in leadership and mentoring in an analytical role
Key tasks:
- Lead the analysis of game data and identify key insights that drive product development
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of player behavior, preferences, and motivations
- Organize and coordinate the work of the analytics team to ensure effective task execution
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, marketers, and executives, to define product goals and priorities
- Propose initiatives to optimize game features, mechanics, and monetization strategies based on data insights
- Oversee A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of changes on player engagement and retention
